COLOMBO (News1st);The Ministry of Women and Child Affairs has taken steps to provide housing assistance of Rs. 2 million under the "Diviyata Saviyak" program to individuals over 18 years of age who are leaving institutional care to integrate into society.Minister Saroja Savithri Paulraj stated that the Western Province phase of this housing assistance program will commence the day after tomorrow at the Presidential Secretariat under the patronage of the President.She stated that under this program, the relevant youths will have the opportunity to repair a house, build a house, or purchase a house.
