WEATHER FORECAST FOR 01 NOVEMBER 2026 Showers or thundershowers will occur at a several places in Western, Sabaragamuwa, Central, Uva and Southern provinces and in Ampara and Batticaloa districts after 1.00 p.m. Fairly heavy falls above 50 mm are likely at some places in these areas. Mainly fair weather conditions are expected in other areas of the Island. The general public is kindly requested to take adequate precautions to minimize damage caused by temporary localized strong winds and lightning during thundershowers.
