The Consumer Affairs Authority (CAA) has filed legal action against Laugfs Gas over its failure to maintain a continuous supply of gas to consumers. The action follows complaints received by the authority regarding irregularities in the company’s gas distribution. The CAA filed a case against the company before the Colombo Chief Magistrate’s Court today. The court has also taken steps to issue summons to the company.
